RIVPEAK.food is operated by ARK2 Consulting LLC, a New York limited liability company (“RIVPEAK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information we collect through rivpeak.food and through the micro-markets, smart coolers, and kiosks we operate, how we use it, and the choices you have. This page is maintained by us and is not a certification or third-party audit.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you submit the host inquiry or contact form we collect your name, company, email, phone number (if provided), site address, building type, headcount, and anything you write in the message field.
  • Business correspondence. Emails, proposals, service agreements, and scheduling details exchanged with host sites and vendors.
  • Usage data. Standard log and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and timestamps.
  • Cookies. A small set of cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. See section 5.

Payments at our markets. Purchases at RIVPEAK kiosks and coolers are processed by third-party payment and kiosk providers. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. We may receive anonymized or aggregated transaction and product data (for example, what sold and when) to manage inventory and restocking.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and our services are intended for businesses and their adult staff and residents.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and evaluate site fit.
  • To install, stock, service, and support micro-markets and kiosks.
  • To send service updates, invoices, and account communications.
  • To improve the website, our product mix, and our operations.
  • To comply with legal, tax, food-safety, and recordkeeping obligations.
  • To protect against fraud, theft, misuse, and security incidents.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

3. How we share information

We share information only as needed with:

  • Service providers that run this site and our operations — website hosting and database providers, email delivery, analytics, kiosk and payment platforms, and distributors — under confidentiality obligations.
  • Host site contacts where necessary to coordinate installation, access, and service at their property.
  • Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets of ARK2 Consulting LLC.

4. Data retention

We keep inquiry submissions and business records for as long as needed for the purposes described above and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements — generally the life of the business relationship plus a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete inquiry data sooner using the contact details below, subject to records we must retain by law.

5. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep the site working (for example, remembering your cookie choice). Optional analytics cookies help us understand which pages and questions are useful. You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner on this site, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the site functions.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our database, and limiting internal access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe you have found a security issue, email privacy@rivpeak.food.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted, or to stop sending you marketing email (every marketing email also includes an unsubscribe option). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. To make a request, email privacy@rivpeak.food and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review their policies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
