RIVPEAK.food started because the average break-room vending experience was still pretending it was 1998 — sticky buttons, stale chips, no allergen labels, and a 1-800 number nobody answered. The micro-market category had matured, but most operators were still running it like legacy vending in a slightly nicer box.

We don't franchise routes. Every RIVPEAK.food market is owned by us and serviced by our own field team. That means accountability for stocking, cleanliness, repair, and customer experience lands in exactly one place.

Eight-hour restock on out-of-stock SKUs. Twenty-four-hour swap on broken hardware. We publish uptime per location to every property manager dashboard.
Food safety & compliance
PCI-compliant payments. ADA-compliant kiosk heights and contrast. Allergen and nutrition labels on every SKU. A 60%+ healthy-options ratio across the planogram by default — adjustable for healthcare and education contracts.
