Most sites go live two to four weeks after the walkthrough. The site survey and planogram take about a week, equipment staging another week, and installation itself is usually a single day. Electrical work and building access approvals are the two things that stretch the timeline.
Week one: survey and planogram
We measure the space, confirm circuits, and interview a handful of employees about what they actually buy. That interview step is what keeps a launch planogram from being a generic snack list.
You get a layout drawing, a product list, and a pricing sheet to approve before anything is ordered.
Week two to three: staging
Fixtures, coolers, and the kiosk are staged and configured off-site. Payment processing, tax rates, and the product catalog are loaded before the equipment leaves the warehouse.
If an electrician is needed for dedicated circuits, this is where scheduling usually determines the go-live date.
Install day
Delivery, placement, power-up, cooler pull-down, stocking, and kiosk testing all happen in one visit — typically four to six hours with no disruption to the break room beyond that window.
We run a launch day on site with sampling and account signup so employees load balances and learn the flow immediately.
